🌿 Sale Information
Thank you so much for your interest in our dahlias—we’re so excited to share our collection with you! Over the past five years, we’ve been expanding our collection, choosing varieties for their colour, form, and performance in both the garden and as cut flowers.

All of our dahlias are grown with love & care on our property in South Frontenac, Ontario. We do not sell imported tubers. We believe that healthy dahlias begin with healthy soil, and we do not use pesticides or chemicals.

All tubers are sold as single tubers with at least one viable eye. Quantities are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Some varieties may have missing photos (for example, we may not have captured a suitable image during the season) but have been confirmed. Other varieties with missing photos may be unconfirmed. Any unconfirmed variety (new to us in 2025 and not yet seen in bloom) will be clearly marked. Please purchase unconfirmed varieties at your own risk, as we are unable to offer refunds on these tubers.

📦 Shipping & Pick Up
Tubers are shipped Canada-wide in April or May, depending on weather conditions, once the threat of freezing temperatures has passed and it is safe to ship.

At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada. Shipping is available across Canada at a flat rate of $25. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure your name and shipping address are correct before placing your order. We are happy to combine multiple orders. If you would like orders combined, please make a note at the time of purchase. Orders must be placed under the same account, with matching name, address, and email.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

🌱 Tuber Guarantee
All tubers are sold as single tubers with at least one viable eye. We guarantee that your tubers will arrive healthy and viable. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

We are diligent in monitoring the health of our plants throughout the growing season. Any signs of illness are addressed promptly, including the removal of unhealthy plants when necessary. We follow strict sanitation practices, including disinfecting our tools between plants when pruning, cutting flowers, and dividing tubers. All tubers are dug by hand, and tools are sanitized between plants during harvest and at season’s end when splitting tubers.

While we take every precaution, we do not perform virus testing and cannot guarantee that our plants are completely disease-free. It is widely understood within the dahlia community that a large percentage of dahlia stock may carry some form of virus, often remaining dormant until triggered by stress or environmental conditions. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. Similarly, we remove and properly dispose of any tubers or plants showing signs of gall and would never knowingly send a tuber that appears unhealthy.

We do not offer refunds for virus-related symptoms, gall, or issues that develop later in the growing season, as these can be influenced by environmental conditions beyond our control. If your tuber looks concerning upon arrival, please contact us.

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

Once your tubers arrive, please inspect them right away.

All tubers are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they have at least one viable eye and are carefully packed just before shipment.

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at stonepointdahlias@gmail.com with clear photos of the tuber in question so we can make it right.

If a tuber arrives non-viable, we will issue a store credit for the cost of that tuber or offer a replacement if available.

In rare cases, we may need to refund a variety due to storage or crop loss. If this occurs, we will contact you directly and are committed to communicating as soon as possible.
